History: 77-year-old female referred for a Cardiac MRI for the evaluation of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM).
Findings: In the figure below, the blue arrow points to a high velocity jet in the narrowed left ventricular outflow tract. The yellow arrow points to mitral regurgitation. The red line indicates the thickened septum.
